Creative Leadership:
At Traina, my primary role is to define the creative strategy, lead the conceptual development and guide the execution of global brand campaigns, marketing tactics and digital experiences. I facilitate cross-discipline collaboration throughout our workflow, and secure stakeholder buy-in through strong storytelling and presentation skills for clients including Microsoft, HP, Stater Bros Markets, Brooklyn Brewery, Taylor Guitars, Space Center Houston, and UC San Diego Health.

Integrated Creative Development:
My team is responsible for delivering innovative branding and marketing solutions across digital, print, experiential, OOH, packaging and video. In my role, I direct the conceptualization and rollout of visual identities, websites and campaigns that achieve measurable global audience engagement across digital and physical touchpoints.

Operational Excellence:
I lead the optimization of agency operations by implementing agile workflows, defining resource allocation, and ensuring all projects meet best-in-class quality benchmarks. I also oversee project budges and lifecycles, from ideation to execution, while fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Worked directly with marketing and executive teams to produce annual reports, corporate branding, experiential/event design, marketing collateral, and websites for clients including Clorox, Hornblower Cruises, Affymetrix, Ion Torrent, Stanford University, The Siebel Foundation and The Montana Meth Project.

Responsible for concept, design and production of yearly regional and national print advertising campaigns. Managed design and production of high-volume corporate collateral and sales materials, implemented brand standards, and directed recurring on-location photo shoots at each operation center.
