This is an older project but one that I’m still very proud of. The Fillmore Heritage Center is a luxury mixed-used project located on Fillmore and Eddy in San Francisco. The development houses 80 condos with the ground floor dedicated to a bar, restaurant, nightclub and a Jazz museum dedicated to the thriving Jazz scene once known as “The Harlem of the West”.

I wanted to create a piece that did more than just showcase the real estate, but also stirred emotions and built a connection to the neighborhood. My concept for the sales brochure leaned into the history of the Fillmore district—incorporating original photography on loan from the museum, and a narrative that weaves together the cultural heritage and modern opportunities of the location.
